Rihanna pays  $10 million for her  neighbor's house.

The Californian Tudor-style house features five bedrooms and a half-court for basketball.

Rihanna is continuing to grow her empire.

According to property records, the 33-year-old pop musician and entrepreneur paid $10 million at the end of March for a 5,000 square foot house in Beverly Hills, California. The 8,000 square foot, newly refurbished property she bought for $13.75 million at the end of last year is located adjacent to the Tudor-style home.

Forbes estimates that Rihanna has a net worth of $600 million, making her the richest female musician in the world because to her cosmetics and clothing lines.

Both of the upscale Beverly Hills Post Office neighbourhood homes were bought through trusts. According to public documents on PropertyShark, Evan Jehle, a partner at the New York-based business management firm FFO and a member of the Clara Lionel Foundation's global advisory board, is listed as a trustee on the deeds for the two transactions. A comment from Mr. Jehle could not be obtained right away.

Investor Daniel Starr completely renovated the star's first home, a white mansion with a seamed black roof that gives it a modern farmhouse appearance. Starr bought the estate in 2016 for $4.3 million in a deal that was documented on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing." White wood floors, many fireplaces, an open indoor/outdoor floor arrangement, and high hedges to block prying eyes are now present.

Images of the property show that the refurbished home is visible from the grounds of Rihanna's more recent purchase.
